Mending Hearts Pet Loss is a heart based presence of support for those who are grieving the anticipation or loss of a beloved pet. This process can feel unbearable and very difficult to navigate. At Mending Hearts Pet Loss you will find comfort, warmth, safety, support and compassion through your grief journey. I look forward with gratitude and honor to be able to serve you in this unique way
I am honored to be a companion to those who have had or anticipating losing a pet. I have also been on that journey; from senior pets to a sudden loss, each one equally painful. There were times I questioned if I’d recover from the deep soul pain. I got through it, not over it, and the pain has softened with time. Our relationship with pets goes ever so deep… There are many people who don’t understand the depth of our connection and why it can leave someone feeling very alone and lost.
The loss of my own pets have lead me to where I am today. I hope to guide others who are experiencing this painful and confusing transition. I offer you a safe place to express yourself in any phase of your loss. I will guide you with understanding, compassion, and respect through your grief journey.
I am retired from being a Licensed Massage Therapist for 25 years, and I am a certified Meditation Coach and Instructor. I hold a certification in Bereavement and Grief Counseling including certification in Pet Loss Companioning. I have facilitated grief support groups as well as one on one support in a variety of settings since 2012.
I look forward to sharing time with you and offering heart-felt support.
Until then, I wish you peace and comfort.

Having Pam’s assistance through the loss of two pets helped me to accept the grief process which was still hard, but lessened the sting. It was helpful to feel supported and less alone in that journey.
